Hi, I’m Sandy. I have worked at Pacific Vetcare since 2003. I am a surgical/medical and equine nurse for the practice in Coffs Harbour and I love my job. I have two children, Ashley and Daniel. We have a domestic short hair cat named Bianca who is 6 years old. Most mornings (except on early shifts) you will find me at Sawtell surfing on my longboard, enjoying the ocean. I also play competition tennis for Sawtell and although no Serena Williams, I enjoy our games.

Hi, I have been a part of the Pacific Vetcare Team since 2000 and I still really enjoy my work as a Vet nurse. I have been running Puppy Pre School classes for Pacific Vetcare since 2001and it is my absolute passion. The puppies that graduate from these classes have greatly improved social skills and become a happier and well behaved pet in the owner’s home. Over the years I have also developed Junior, Adult and Beach classes for further education. I spend a considerable amount of my time solving behavioural problems in the owner’s home which is a lot of fun, the most common one being barking...and "yes" my surname was always Bark...

I have been at Pacific Vetcare for 4 years and it’s an excellent place to work. Living in a small 2 bedroom apartment animals are out, except for my Goldfish Rubee and my beautiful budgie Aqua. However I am compensated for this by being surrounded by animals each day at work. I am the sterilisation technician and am responsible for the autoclaving section of the clinic and I thoroughly love my job.

I have had horses all my life, bred bull mastiffs for 15 years but love all animals great and small and have recently overcome a fear of snakes!!

I moved to Australia from Scotland in 2006 and am now extra proud to be calling this wonderful country home. My interests include wildlife, horse racing, horse riding, swimming and fishing. I have two cats called Stiffler and Collin. They are both rescue cases, each a bit demented but it makes me love them more. My roles at Pacific Vetcare is at our Sawtell clinic as a surgical nurse. I spend my spare time reading, travelling and fishing and feel very, very lucky to be working with such an awesome team here at Pacific Vetcare.
