Interest Areas:-

Exotics (rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles, fish) and Avian medicine & surgery

Ultrasound, Behaviour, Small animal medicine & surgery

Brachycephalic Airway and Oropharyngeal Surgery

 

Career Highlights:- Meeting and treating so many of the incredible native fauna we have in Australia.

 

Most Memorable career moments:- Speying a 1.2kg pregnant chihuahua through her inguinal canal, suturing the torn throat pouch of a pelican, helping x-ray & remove a tooth from a Malaysian tapir, meeting a platypus, removing the gall bladder in a mini dashchund, becoming more confident in ultrasound & Brachycephalic Airway surgery.

 

Personal Hobbies:- mountain biking, road riding, hiking, camping, travelling, learning French and Spanish, cooking, ocean swimming

 

Number 1 on my bucket list:- Seeing Polar Bears in their natural environment

 

Unusual Talent: mimicking accents
